Physician Spotlight

Dr. Bradford Hale is a Pediatric Neurologist.  That is, he specializes in the care of children and adolescents with neurological and developmental disorders.  That includes care of children who may be experiencing behavioral, school or learning disorders, attention-deficit disorder, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, autism, childhood dementia and other brain disorders.  Dr. Hale’s practice on the West Side of Indianapolis draws patients from around the state as well as Kentucky, Illinois, Ohio and Michigan. 

Dr. Hale hails from Montana and received his undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.  He went on to receive his medical degree from Ohio State University, did his internship at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton and then served in the US Navy for two years.  He completed his residency at Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio and finished a fellowship in pediatric neurology at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Among his many accomplishments, Dr. Hale has served as president of the Indianapolis Medical Society and has been honored for his outstanding contributions to teaching and research. He is widely published and continues to teach and lecture.  Dr. Hale has two grown children, both of whom are also physicians.
